The story behind Simply Divine Creations
Chef Erika Gieg founded Simply Divine Creations after 16 years in the Lake Tahoe culinary community.
Her background includes executive kitchen leadership and five years as Sous Chef at Edgewood Tahoe, one of the region's most recognized hospitality destinations. Throughout her career, Erika has prepared meals for entertainers, executives, high-profile clientele, and discerning guests across the Tahoe region.
Simply Divine Creations grew from a clear idea: exceptional food can feel elevated without feeling distant. Erika brings the standards of a fine kitchen into private settings, then shapes the experience around the people in the room.
